This new build created a contemporary three story residence on an unusual site. The home is nestled into an excavated sandstone cliff face, with a landscaped understory leading to a lovely garden. A lift connects all four levels, allowing comfortable retirement living for the clients and spectacular water views from the living areas on street level.
