Restoration and rear addition to a small-scale 1898 Victorian Italianate style terrace. Featuring a timber-lined raked ceiling with opening skylights to flood the home with light, and french doors and windows to a side garden. All the original kauri timber floors were re-sanded and the original stair and balustrade stripped back to the original timber finish.
