Renovation of a water and termite damaged terrace created an opportunity to redesign spaces & update interiors. An increase in natural light and living space was achieved by the removal of walls, raising the floor and adding steel doors to the courtyard garden. Contemporary finishes and a white palette, compliment the building’s original style and give the home a relaxed modern Victorian feel.
